நாங்க ரெண்டு பேரும் இப்படி ஷாப்பிங் கெளம்பினோம்.இந்த ஊர்ல ஒரு "High End Shopping Mall" கொஞ்சம் தூரம் இருந்தது.Directions எல்லாம் எடுத்துண்டு பஸ் பிடிச்சு அங்க போனோம், அங்க நெரைய்ய கடைகள்.

நம்ம தலைவி லிச்ட் வேர கொஞ்சம் பெரு(ஊ)சு.இங்கே வர இன்டியன்ஸ் ஷாப்பிங் வந்தா ஒரு நடமாடும் கால்குலெடர் மாதிரி ஆயிடுவோம்.எந்த பொருள் பாத்தாலும் உடனே (*40)போட்டிடுவோம்.

முதல்ல நம்ம தலைவி-ஒட அக்காக்கு எல்லாம் வாங்கிருவோம்னு Handbag Section-க்கு போனோம்.நம்ம பிரண்டுஆச்சே உதவி பன்னுவோம்னு போனா,நம்ம செலக்க்ஷன் எதுவும் அவங்களுக்கு பிடிக்கல.ஸெரி நாம இனிமே கருத்து மட்டும் சொல்வோம் அவங்களே செலெக்ட் பன்னுங்கன்னு பாத்தா,நல்லா ஜிகு ஜிகுன்னு மின்னர மாதிரி இருக்கர பாக் எடுக்கராங்க.கேட்டா "Foreign Look".கலி காலம் டா பெருமாளே!

நல்லா அலஞ்சு அலஞ்சு பர்சேஸ் பன்னி டயர்ட் ஆகிடோம்.ஸெரி எங்கேயாவது சாப்பிடலாம் பாத்தா எங்கேயுமே வெஜிடேரியன் கெடைகலை. கொஞ்சம் தேடினப்பரம் SUBWAY கண்ல மாட்டித்து.நம்ம தலைவியோட Ex-Roomie ஒருத்தர் ஒரு நாள் ஆர்டர் பண்னத எங்கெயோ மூளை-ல Backup பண்னி வெச்சிருந்தாங்க.அத Refresh பண்னி ஆர்டர் பன்ராங்க. ஏதொ எலை தழை கொடுத்து சாபிடுங்க்ராங்க,டிஷோட பேரு என்னனு கேட்டா "Veggie Delight(????)".இது என்னடாப்பா நமக்கு வந்த சோதனைன்னு சாப்பிட்டுடேன்!( தலைவி, நீங்க இத படிச்சிட்டு உங்க ட்ரீட் கான்சல் பன்னாதீங்க!)

நாம வந்து இவ்ளோ நாள் ஆரதே வெளிய வேர வந்திருக்கோமேனு எடுக்கலாம்னு நெனச்சேன். Halloween Day-காக கடைகளில், பொம்மை இருந்துது.ஒரு Ghost பொம்மை கிட்ட நின்னு Photo எடுத்தோம்!அத வீட்டுக்கு அனுபிச்சா "ஓரு பேய்யே பேய் பொம்மை கிட்ட நிக்குதே!(ஆச்சிரியகுறி)ன்னு என் அருமை தங்கை நக்கல் அடிச்சத நான் இங்க சொல்ல மாட்டேன்.

இப்படி சில பல காமெடி எல்லாம் பன்னி நான் இங்க நள ஒட்டிகிட்டு இருக்கேன்.
ஓரு Homebird-ah இருந்த நான் இங்க வந்து நெரைய்ய கத்துகிட்டேன்.

கொஞ்ஞம் இங்கிலீஷ்ல மொக்கை(!!!!!!)

Few Changes in My Life
1.Learnt to be Independent (தனியா வீட்ல இருக்கவோ,சாப்பிடவோ எனக்கு அறவே பிடிக்காது.இப்ப 2 நாள் கூட தனியா இருப்பேன்)
2.I could think and take decisions on my own.
3.Learnt to solve problems instead of reacting emotionally.
4.Learnt to be patient.
5.I Was so pampered @ home that for every small need of mine would trouble my parents and sis.It is different now,I plan and purchase things for them either online/in-store!
6.Most Importantly started a blog!
Based on my personal experience,I would recommend every person to be out of home for sometime.Eventually one can meet different people,realise that Life is always not a bed of roses and understand what do they actually want in life!

Hope my stay here would teach me much more and make it memorable!

UGADI ShuBhaKaNkShALu

Ugadi! I mark Ugadi being special to me as it was during one such featival did amma ask me to help(???) her in cooking.There I started with experimenting my cullinary skills. Appa became "The Scapegoat" for the very few dishes I tried.May be because of the threat to his life/was it because he being a better cook he asked me to concentrate on other activities.Poor Appa :) .Now forced to cook and eat my own food in Uncle Sam's Country,I have started re-inventing my interest in cooking. Poor roomies this time ;)

Being a telugite born in Tamil Nadu, never did I get a chance to see how the actual celebrations were in AP.Still we get a chance to celebrate and of course eat mouth watering dishes on both occasions!

What are the celebrations like?

We wish our near and dear ones
Pray god
Get blessings from elders
Eat Ugadi Pachadi ( Sweet-Sour Mix made of Mango pieces,Jaggery,Neem Flowers and little tamarind water)symbolising that life is also a mixture of happiness,Sorrow,bitterness but still remains exciting and adventurous.
Listen to appa reading Panchangam and hope for things to be finer this year too :).

My First Love!

I try to remind myself about our first meeting!When did I get introduced to you? Yeah I remember my amma doing her bit of inviting me into a world which comprised of you and me.What was it that attracted me towards you.Was it the way you greet people who come to visit you? There was an air of charisma around you.

I was very excited when my appa showed a picture of yours which I carefully slipped into my bag forever. It is the most trustable possession of mine even now.I still remember those school days when I dont start my day without having a glimpse of you.I being sentimentalist felt the day wasn't complete without me seeing your picture.

I sit back and laugh how crazy I was about you that I readily accepted to go and stay at my Uncle's place without my parents for first time just because I can visit almost everyday!The day when my aunt took me to your place,I was spellbound seeing the huge crowd waiting to see you.I had a sudden pinch in my stomach whether I would be noticed in this wave of people.But when I came to meet you, I was left with no words, There you stood tall greeting people in your own way. First time in my life I felt that I have seen a combo of Intelligence,Pride,Humbleness! There was no one stopping me to exchange my views with you.

From there on no looking back. There started the day when I entered into a world around me comprising me of just you and me. I would imagine myself discussing everything with you be it my success,failures,fights,trying to figure what will I do or how should I have approched things and what not!

I entered my Adolescence when every child undergoes a good transformation.I was lucky enough to handle it well for you were with me or I imagined you being at my side.We played a game wherein I had to tell few lines poetically about my sweetheart.Guess what I told about you. Here it goes, those silly so called poetic lines

I was really thrilled when I saw you on screen.When my friends opted for a movie out, my suggestion was to watch yours.They marked me being childish but they did not know that it is what I cherish! I learnt music just because I can sing about you.Even I thought I will go ahead and write poems in praise of you!

So there goes our realtionship undisturbed.People came in my life made impacts but you are the person who has a majestic throne inmy heart guiding me and making me a person who I am today!

God created this world and made sure every person had someone to share their feelings,thoughts and behave as a person who they really are. Almighty decided that before I go and hit this world I would need some one to really care for me and understand me apart from my parents/siblings.

Hence he sent a wonderful person to earth!! Yeah he sent my Poornims On Feb 18.She is the person who guides me,teaches me ( I remember the Study Hols),understands me,a person with whom I can really be myself,absolute enjoyable moments.Nothing is left undiscussed between us. Little things are also enjoyed well when I was with her! Missssss u de poos... though there is a geographical distance between us we remain close to heart!!

Jodhaa Akbar!! - We rarely get to hear such mesmerising Music


I am absolutely mesmerised by ARR composition in this Album that I am hardly able to frame words to appreciate the music in this album. Where to begin and where to end? The whole album is a total master piece in itself that you can never seperate the greatness of the freshness of voices, usage of instruments,quality of music from other.Wonderful!


The album has in total 5 songs with 2 instrumentals.My personal favorites being Jashn-E-Bahaara ,Azeem-O-Shaan Shahenshah .

Jashn-E-Bahaara
I like Jashn-E-Bahaara for Javed's voice and the apt usage of his voice by ARR.He is a true legend I must say. I was moved totally by this song that it made me travel with the song.. a feeling which has to be experienced rather than rendered in words..We generally comment on a song in Tamil "En Manasa Karaikaradhu". I had the same feeling with this song after " En Mel Vizhundha" from May Madam. I have gone crazy with this song that I get to listen to this song while at work :D!!Not to forgot mentioning about this song's Instrumental. Would you need a seperate proof that ARR is a genius!!

Azeem-O-Shaan Shahenshah
Yet another wonderful composition I should say from Rahman's Repository!!Truely Royal..I love the way the chorus renders "Jalaluddin Akbar".Stressing these words from the rest of the song but truley in pitch...wonderful..


In Lamhon Ke Daaman is good with Sonu and Madushree doing great job. There is some silence in the middle of the song but that silence makes you feel good.

Khwaja was a different one. I haven't heard of such kind of songs.Good one.ARR voice is a blend of magic and boldness.
Mann Mohana is a bhajan kind of. Good one. I liked Bela Shende's voice. What a Silky,sweet voice.


In total the whole album is a treat to hear. Expect good piece of picturisation for it!
Got to see the trailer of the movie as well.Wonderful..Hrithik was looking Awesome!!Could not resist watching the movie !!


I feel that the Movie would do commercially well!!
